        Come one! Come all! To the best thing to strike the world since
sliced bread! Based in Ottawa, Canada, BRE/FE League 116 uses only the latest
BRE/FE technology (versions) to date! We offer a wide array of methods of
transfer - through FidoNet, Trans-Canada Net (TCN) and, to my knowledge,
League 116 was the first league to offer services through the InterNet! Now,
