I've had users report that it closed up the session with OS/2 running. There's definitely a bug there, and I'm still searching for it. The "pause" part problem is similar to what happens with X00. I'll try to get it fixed this weekend . . . I hate being woken by this! A) Disable the door during "early" hours. B) Disable the speaker. C) Don't load ANSI.SYS (or other ANSI driver), as ANSI music requires it, but it will still work remotely if the user has ANSI enabled. Please help the concerned =) Just turn off the "allow fake players to enter the game", and it will go away. But I still haven't found a fix for the auto-maint, or no bank interest. -->Actually, this isn't overly good advice. What you should do is keep the fake players in the game if you want 'em. Just make sure you delete the MAINT.FLG (OR MAINT.DAT or whatever) before Usurper is run. It should work fine then. Works for me, anyway. I have some clue as to why, but I am mainly just saying I got that same error a few times, it only happens on my system when the first person on after maintenance goes into it, it kicks them out and says that message. It doesn't always do it though, and if someone goes in right after them it is fine, and then if that first person goes in they can play, but if the first person in after maintenance tries to play they cannot the whole day until someone else goes in. I looked for a onliners.dat & > maint.flg, but I can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know how to fix > this? I found that when I delete the file MAINT.FLG (or was it MAINT.DAT? Can't remember now...) from the USURPER\TEMP directory it works fine. All I did is add the "if exist" (path/filename) delete that sucka. And it works great. I run maintenance on Usurper each nite at midnite only. þ
