September certainly means lots of different things to many people: back to school, end of summer, start of Fall or another exciting issue of Door World Magazine....Door World continues its growth and looks forward to the future with much anticipation. The One BBSCON concluded and there are mixed reviews as to whether it was everything that it was expected to have been. Door World is initiating an expansion of its HINT section to include programming and tips for setting up different doors. Door World will be preparing a semi-annual, bi-yearly, (twice a year) hint files which will be a compilation of the best hints seen in the monthly issues and will be categorized by doors. Available NOW (September 4, 1995) game players can purchase a hard copy edition for themselves or SysOps can now obtain a door for their BBS which runs much the same as the Door World on-line door. This door can be put into the door section of the BBS and users can utilize it to find hints for their favorite games. The hard copy edition is $15 for a year's worth of the best hints mailed to your home directly. The BBS door will sell for $10 for a year's subscription. Or $15 for both a year's subscription to Door World Magazine and a year's subscription for the hint door. The second installment of the InterNet series focuses on e-mail, smileys and the seven unix commands that you could not live without.
